Job Description
At Mama Shelter Dubai, we believe a great guest experience starts with a great atmosphere. As our Housekeeping Attendant – Public Area, you’ll be one of the people behind the scenes making sure every corner of Mama feels fresh, welcoming, and ready for good times. From the lobby to the corridors, restaurants to public washrooms, you’ll keep Mama looking fabulous while bringing your own good vibes to the Gang! 🌈🧹
THE MISSION?
🧼 Keep Mama Sparkling: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restaurants, staircases, and guest-accessible spaces.
✨ Make Every Corner Count: Keep back-of-house areas, staff corridors, offices, and service areas clean, organized, and up to Mama standards.
🚻 Public Washroom Pro: Make sure our public washrooms are spotless, hygienic, well-stocked, and looking their best throughout the day.
👀 Be the Cleanliness Detective: Keep an eye out for spills, stains, litter, or anything that needs attention and jump into action before anyone has to ask.
🧴 Keep It Stocked: Replenish cleaning supplies and guest amenities so everything is always ready when needed.
🔧 Spot It? Report It: Notice a maintenance issue, damage, or safety hazard? Let your Supervisor know quickly so we can get it sorted.
🛒 Own Your Trolley: Keep your housekeeping trolley, pantry, and storage areas clean, organized, and ready for action.
🌱 Clean Smart: Use cleaning products and equipment responsibly, minimizing waste while keeping our standards high.
🤝 Support Your Gang: Work closely with the Housekeeping team and other departments to keep the hotel running smoothly and looking its best.
🌈 Bring the MAMA Spirit: Be positive, helpful, collaborative, and guest-focused—because good vibes are part of the job!
