Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant in Mackay. We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to our high standards
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist in deep cleaning and special projects as required
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs
• Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Basic English language proficiency for communicating with guests and team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques a plus
