ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER (H/F/X)
- Ce Poste Relève de :
Département Réception de l’hôtel Croisette Beach Cannes MGallery et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Réception.
- Gestion d’équipe :
Position managériale, support gestion de l’équipe de réceptionnistes et night auditor ainsi que les voituriers bagagistes.
- Missions :
Dans le respect des normes du groupe Accor vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Accueil et relation client
- Garant de l’accueil du client
- Etablit un contact privilégié avec le client afin de le fidéliser et veille en permanence à son confort et à son bien-être.
- Connaît les prestations offertes par l’hôtel, en informe le client et l’encourage à les utiliser.
- Connaît l’environnement de l’hôtel : situation géographique, activités de la ville, concurrence, etc.
- Veille à la mise à jour de la data base client
- Accueil des clients VIP
- Gestion des plaintes clients
- Veille au respect de l'application des procédures d'audits internes
- Répond aux commentaires client en appliquant les préconisations
- Incarne l’esprit Heartist dans ses interactions avec les clients
- S’assure que le programme de fidélité de la marque est valorisé auprès des clients
- Gestion administrative
- Veille au respect des procédures en matière de facturation et d’encaissement
- Tient à jour ses tableaux de bord (chiffres d’affaires, taux d’occupation, prix moyen par chambre, prévisions d’activités, etc.).
- Veille à la bonne communication entre service pour assurer le meilleur service client
- Contrôle journalier des clôtures (encours clients, facturation, facture en cours, déductions…) et de la caisse
- Management des équipes :
En tant que manager coach, il/elle :
- Contribue au développement de la motivation et l'engagement de ses équipes
- Favorise le développement des compétences de ses collaborateurs et les accompagne dans leur évolution professionnelle
- Gestion des plannings
- Formation continue et intégration des nouveaux salariés
- Communique efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe et des autres services
- Interagit de manière positive avec les autres services afin de garantir aux clients un accueil de qualité
- Est garant des conditions de travail et de l’ambiance au sein de son département
- S’assure du respect de la législation du travail dans son département et est garant de son application

- BAC +2 type BTS hôtellerie- restauration ou Expérience significative
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques
- Français et anglais courant
- Capacité d’écoute et d’analyse
- Disponibilité et réactivité
- Sens de l’organisation
- Aisance relationnelle, attentif au bien-être de la clientèle
