Hotel Assistant Restaurants Manager

Novotel London West Hotel is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms.
We are excited to be looking for a Hotel Assistant Restaurants Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate, creative and enthusiastic to lead our team and enhance our guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Support in overseeing daily restaurants operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Assist in managing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and effective team
- Support in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, maintaining cost control
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop menus and special promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Support in preparing reports on operational performance and suggest improvements
- Proven experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Flexibility in working hours is essential as you will be required to work hours as per business requirements, which will include weekends, evenings and may include bank holidays
