Job Description
Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure from the hotel.
Escort guests to their rooms when required.
Assist with the transfer, storage, and handling of guest luggage and personal property, while responding to guest requests for assistance or information.
Support the Front Desk with check-ins and check-outs as required.
Act as a Lobby Ambassador by managing lobby traffic flow and assisting guests to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in the hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
- Strong customer service experience is crucial.
- Must have H endorsement driving license.
