Le Sofitel Marseille Vieux Port est une escale incontournable dans la Région Sud qui s'inspire de l'histoire de Marseille. Il offre une vue unique sur le Vieux Port et dispose de 134 chambres dont 3 suites, de plusieurs points de restauration et d’un Spa.
L'hôtel est destiné à accueillir une clientèle haut de gamme sur les marchés affaires et loisirs et dispose de 8 salles de réunion.

Au cœur de la ville de Marseille et face à la plus belle vue du Vieux-Port, l’hôtel Sofitel Marseille Vieux-Port regroupe une offre de restauration complète : Un restaurant, un bar panoramique, un room service 24/24, un service petits-déjeuners, un service banquets. La part de notre chiffre d’affaires affecté à la restauration est d’en moyenne 45% du chiffre d’affaires total.

MISSION:
L’hôte/hôtesse est l’ambassadeur de la qualité de service de l’établissement en étant le premier et le dernier contact du client avec le restaurant.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :
Technique Métier /et relation client :
- S’occupe de l’accueil téléphonique
- Prend les réservations
- Accueille le client à son arrivée au restaurant et le salue à son départ
- Gère le vestiaire
- Gère les demandes d’encaissement et la facturation (selon l’organisation de l’hôtel)
- Connait parfaitement l’ensemble des services et offres de l’établissement
COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
Poste en CDD
- 1ère expérience en hôtellerie 4* ou 5*sur une fonction similaire
- Excellent relationnel
- Maitrise de l’anglais et d’une autre langue selon les besoins de l’hôtel
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
