So it felt only natural for us to take our love for great experiences and create a coworking space, Working From_, that offers everything you need to do your (other) day job or take over the world, in our stylish and comfortable surroundings.

We are looking for a Part-time Home Host to play a crucial role in the success of our operation! If you get a kick out of creating an unforgettable experience for members then this is the job for you.


Job Description

  • Be the go-to person for members and guests, creating a welcoming, comfortable, and personalized experience
  • Ensure the space is always presentation-ready and tidy from opening through close
  • Manage member and guest check-ins, including daily day pass and guest tracking, ensuring all contact details are captured and accurately logged
  • Maintain and update membership systems, meeting room bookings, and calendars
  • Oversee meeting room operations, including room transitions, resets, and setup (glassware, cleanliness, and readiness)
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, directing all communications appropriately
  • Manage mail and package handling, including receiving, organizing, and delivering as needed
  • Monitor and log tickets in Knowcross throughout the day, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Coordinate space maintenance by liaising with maintenance, tech, and housekeeping teams to keep all areas fully operational
  • Maintain back-of-house (BOH) organization and upkeep
  • Oversee pantry operations, including cleaning, restocking, coffee preparation, and dishwashing
  • Track and manage inventory levels for pantry, guest, and operational supplies; coordinate ordering with relevant team members
  • Place and track supply orders (pantry, coffee, office supplies) to ensure member needs are consistently met
  • Conduct tours of the space for prospective members, day pass users, and meeting room guests
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless member experience from first contact through ongoing engagement
  • Support event setup and execution in with the Membership Engagement & Operations Manager
  • Complete daily reporting, including end-of-day updates and sending handover notes
  • Follow and complete all opening and closing checklists

Expected schedule is Tuesday to Thursday, 11am to 7:30pm including a break.
