- Use your innovative capabilities to delight guests in their culinary experience
- Lead a team of passionate chefs to exceed guest expectations
- Showcase your creative patisserie flair creating sweet and savoury baked goods, as well as custom amenities and expressions
- Plan and present menu’s for a la carte desserts and banquet events
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in line with our HACCP certification
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure cost control and profitability of menu items
What you will bring to the role:
- Qualified Pastry Chef with at least 5 years’ experience
- High level of organisation skills
- Trade qualifications & strong technical knowledge
- Recent experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Demonstrated experience in a bakery a la carte setting, producing plated deserts
- Commitment to 5-star quality and standards
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience leading a pastry team
- Available for 6 months full time, fixed term contract January – June 2025
