We are seeking a highly experienced Head Chef specializing in Chinese Cuisine to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional, authentic Chinese dining experiences. The ideal candidate is a master of Chinese cooking techniques, an inspiring leader, and a creative menu developer with strong operational knowledge.

Your experience and skills include;

• Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
• With 3 years experience in similar role
