Guest Services Attendant

Guest Services Attendant 

First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Guest Services Agent with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout the day, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "Turning moments into memories for our guests".

This is a full-time, seasonal position, starting Summer 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.10 per hour.

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $21.35.

Job Duties Include:

• Meeting and greeting guests, and helping them with their luggage upon arrival and departure
• Safely parking any valet vehicles
• Acting as a liaison between the hotel and our guests, responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner
• Knowledgeable about all hotel related information, including promotions, menus, hours of service, facilities, and guest rooms

• A valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license with a clean record is required
• Previous experience in a Guest Service capacity is an asset
