1. Oversea the daily operations of the Front Desk and guest services.

2. Provide exceptional customer service, address guest issues or complaints.

3.Conduct staff training and customer service standard.

4. Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments.

5. Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel products and services

6. Be fully familiar of the Emergency Procedures, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures as established by the Hotel

1. Requires at least 2 to 3 years in guest services or a similar hospitality role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and guests
3. Excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating delightful moments for guests
4. Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
