Brindarle al cliente un servicio totalmente cercano y personalizado, al atender las llamadas de los huespedes.
- Ser el responsable de atender todas las llamadas de nuestros huéspedes y externos al hotel.
- Lograr resultados positivos con las consultas de los huéspedes de manera oportuna y eficiente.
- Demostrar un alto nivel de servicio al cliente en todo momento.
- Efectuar el paso de turno, siguiendo las prácticas preestablecidas.
- Reportar cualquier situación considerada peligrosa o sospechosa en el hotel.
- Cumplir el reglamento interno del hotel, las políticas y los procedimientos de su departamento.
- Reflejar las actitudes ideales del conector "Yo conecto", "Yo involucro", "Yo voy más allá" y "Yo personalizo" que son las bases de los valores de Accor.
- Cumplir con el reglamento de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
- Asistir a todas las capacitaciones programadas por la empresa.
- Ejecutar otras funciones relacionadas de acuerdo con la necesidad del área.
- Profesional técnico o universitario en carreras como Administración, Hoteleria, etc.
- Experiencia con el sistema Opera
- Nivel de inglés avanzado
- 1 o 2 años de experiencia en el puesto
