ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri is 20mins by car from the Johor Bahru city centre, 20mins from Singapore as well as within close proximity to Legoland Malaysia and EduCity Iskandar.

1. Assist guests with check in and checkout procedures efficiently, as well as other cashiering duties.
2. Welcome guests on arrival, register and issue room keys according to departmental standards and procedures.
3. Ensure that members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service.
4. Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities according to departmental standards to maximize revenue.
5. Handling guests’ mails, messages, and answering of phone calls.
6. Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed.

1. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of Guest Service experience may be considered.
2. Experience in a hotel, resort, serviced apartment, or other customer-service environment is an advantage.
3. Experience with check-in, check-out, cashiering and guest enquiries is preferred.
4. Previous experience with an international hotel brand such as Accor would be an advantage.
5. Experience using a PMS such as Opera is an advantage.
6. Candidates must be comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
