Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals for both Guest Service Agent and VIP Services Agent positions to join our Front Office team. Both roles play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences and anticipating the needs of our valued guests, ensuring every stay is seamless, personalised, and memorable.

Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional, personalised service.
  • Handle arrivals, departures, room allocations, payments, and guest inquiries.
  • Promote Accor’s ALL loyalty program and assist with room tours.
  • Maintain lobby and front desk presentation to luxury standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments.

VIP Services Agent Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-arrival correspondence, special requests, amenities, and in-room checks to ensure seamless preparation and recognition of all VIP movements.
  • Liaise daily with Front Office and operational departments to communicate guest preferences, movements, and special requirements, ensuring smooth transitions and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles, respond promptly to enquiries, and support lobby arrivals to enhance the overall guest journey.
  • Uphold luxury presentation and brand standards at all times, acting as a brand ambassador through professional grooming, refined service delivery, and proactive promotion of hotel services and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong computer and systems skills; Opera PMS experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Accor’s ALL loyalty program is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Manly and surrounding areas for guest recommendations.
  • Ability to maintain high personal grooming and presentation standards.
