Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
- A service-focused personality is essential, with the ability to connect with guests through story telling and anticipation of needs
- Prior experience in a Guest Service Agent role essential
- Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a similar PMS
- Unprovisional full driver’s license an advantage. Confident driving both automatic and manual cars
- Fluency in English language, both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset
- Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol certification or be willing to obtain
- Full Australian working rights
- Full availability to work days, nights, weekends, public holidays essential for full time candidates
