Your Stage:
Here, you’ll do far more than check guests in and out. You’ll:

  • Create unforgettable first impressions and seamless farewells.

  • Anticipate needs and craft tailored recommendations, sharing your love of Queenstown’s hidden gems.

  • Oversee arrivals, departures, and group check-ins with grace and efficiency.

  • Elevate the guest journey through thoughtful details, from valet service to curated activity bookings.

  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Concierge to deliver effortless, five-star moments.

  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to embody excellence and care at every interaction.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • A true host at heart – polished, personable, and proactive.

  • Skilled in guest service with an eye for detail and a flair for problem-solving.

  • Calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills.

  • Experienced in luxury hospitality and front office operations, with a passion for delivering bespoke service and with proficiency in Opera or other PMS. 

  • Harness your luxury attitude, with humble excellence, a distinguished presence, and elevated emotional intelligence.
