• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the guest journey.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests during their arrival, stay, and departure.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain guest preferences and feedback records in Opera.
• Support and organize guest relations activities and special events when required.
• Prepare relevant reports for the Operations Director.

• Min. 3 years  experience in Guest Relations or Front Office, preferably in a luxury, international hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English and Turkish; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred.
• A professional, positive, and guest-oriented approach.
