• To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills
• To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations

• Establish, promote and maintain good public relations and enhances sales for the hotel at every opportunity

• To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues
• Be available for guests at all times

• Atleast one year experience in the same position
• 4 or 5 stars hotel experience is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Gradudate of hospitality management
