• Warmly welcome guests, providing smooth check-in and check-out experiences
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Maintain clear communication with all staff and departments
• Stay informed about VIP arrivals, return guests, and special requests
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Handle guest correspondence and upsell room categories to maximise revenue
• Ensure the Guest Relations desk is attended at all times during your shift
• Maintain accurate guest records and resolve complaints in a timely manner
• Adhere to all safety, security, and emergency procedures

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanour
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
