Guest Relation Agent (F/H)

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités et du renforcement de ses équipes, le Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech recrute un(e) Guest Relation Agent.
Mission principale :
Le Guest Relation Agent a pour rôle de :
• Satisfaire et fidéliser les clients en personnalisant le service selon leur profil.
• Assurer la gestion des emails, messages et demandes spécifiques.
• Tenir à jour les plannings de rendez-vous et de réunions.
Responsabilités principales :
• Garantir un accueil chaleureux, professionnel et personnalisé à tous les visiteurs.
• Maintenir un espace d’accueil propre, organisé et accueillant.
• Assurer la coordination des activités et veiller à la bonne compréhension des responsabilités au sein de l’équipe.
• Offrir un service client cohérent, efficace et conforme aux standards de qualité de l’établissement.
• Maintenir un contact permanent avec les autres départements afin de garantir une communication fluide et une expérience client optimale.
• Être attentif(ve) aux remarques et retours clients et contribuer activement à l’amélioration des services proposés.
• Identifier les axes d’amélioration, proposer des solutions et en suivre l’impact sur l’expérience client.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des actions visant à renforcer la satisfaction et la fidélisation de la clientèle.
Objectifs et environnement de travail :
• Créer un environnement accueillant et professionnel où chaque client se sent valorisé et accompagné.
• Assurer une atmosphère harmonieuse permettant aux visiteurs de se sentir à l’aise et bienvenus.
• Garantir une transmission fluide des informations importantes auprès des équipes.
• Favoriser la collaboration interservices afin de répondre efficacement et de manière cohérente aux besoins des clients.
• Mettre en place des améliorations concrètes afin d’élever le niveau de satisfaction client.
• S’assurer que chaque action entreprise contribue à une expérience client positive et mémorable.
Qualifications :
• Capacité à communiquer de manière positive, claire et professionnelle.
• Excellente présentation et sens aigu de l’accueil.
• Aptitude à comprendre et anticiper les besoins des clients et des équipes.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
• Autonomie, sens de l’initiative et aptitude à travailler efficacement en équipe.
