  • Be the main point of contact for all guest enquiries with management of the Hotel Reservation Inbox and Telephones
  • Utilise our Accor tools and liaise with the hotel departments to create memorable guest experiences
  • Responsible for increasing and maintaining service standards and RPS
  • Build face-to-face rapport with our guests when carrying out reception duties during peak hours/ days

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Relevant similar experience in the hotel industry
  • Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions 
  • Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Opera cloud
