Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable guest experience throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel service standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Customer Service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong guest-service mindset.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
