Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Experience Agent to join our dynamic team in Bodrum, Türkiye. In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our guests' experience, delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure. You'll work collaboratively with our team to anticipate guest needs, resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism, and create memorable moments that keep guests coming back. If you're passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.


Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2 years of Front Office, Guest Experience experience in a hospitality setting
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect naturally with diverse guests
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and deliver quality service in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in analyzing guest feedback and translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
