Job Description

Provide excellent customer service and guest engagement as well as friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our most loyal and VIP guests. We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join our Club Millesime team who is willing to maximise the guest experience and portray the Sofitel brand standards.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensuring the seamless experience of our most loyal and VIP guests
  • Ensure all guests are greeted in a timely fashion and are made to feel welcome, following welcome procedures
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel using our current operating system
  • Book rooms for Club guests and assist with any reservation needs
  • Ensure premium service is given throughout all periods of the day including breakfast, lunch, high tea, functions (when necessary) and pre-dinner drinks & canapés
  • Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service
  • Take responsibility over the lounge when on shift. 

Qualifications

You will excel in this role if you have:

  • Front Office or Food and Beverage experience in a luxury hotel is desired
  • A luxury service focus and desire to grow your career with Sofitel
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Experience with Opera PMS highly desired
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation.
