What you will be doing:

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures
  • Ensure all guest rooms are prepared and presented to the highest level of cleanliness and luxury presentation
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
  • Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
  • Report maintenance concerns, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department
  • Ensure all equipment and cleaning tools are used safely and maintained properly
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and collaborate with colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Maintain positive communication with the Housekeeping team and other departments
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
