Job Description

Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? Join our team in Mysuru as a GSA - F&B, where you will be the cornerstone of our guests' dining journey. In this role, you will deliver outstanding hospitality by providing professional, friendly, and engaging service that makes every guest feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive at our establishment.

  • Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide engaging, personalized service throughout their dining experience
  • Assist guests with detailed information about food and beverage menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods in a helpful and informative manner
  • Deliver F&B services in strict accordance with departmental standards, procedures, and outlet policies
  • Maintain exceptional standards of safety and sanitation when handling, preparing, and serving food and beverages
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
  • Manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational efficiency
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and transparently
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process orders and payments
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure guest health and safety
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment through supportive communication and collaborative problem-solving
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality and guest experience through innovative approaches

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proficiency in English language with strong reading, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a guest-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation best practices
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and hospitality management software (preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work cohesively within diverse teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proficiency in local languages, particularly Kannada, or basic understanding of local languages (preferred advantage)
  • Ability to speak additional languages beyond English (preferred)
  • Resilience and adaptability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
