• Generate new accounts within assigned segments
• Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
• Keep track of accounts’ activities and business details, establish and maintain good relationships with account contacts
• Keep track of the competitors’ activities, special promotions and rate packages
• Monitor monthly results and performance of assigned accounts. Explain ups and downs of their business volume
• Negotiate prices and seal contracts
• Communicate effectively to ensure that the sales function is carried out smoothly and commitments are met
• Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven experience in the same field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly responsible and reliable personality
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Excellent team relationship skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
