Mission:
Tu es un.e passionné.e de grillades et tu adores faire danser pleins de bonnes choses sur le grill ?

Le/la Grillardin.e, c’est le maître du grill. Le responsable de la préparation et cuisson de tout ce qui peut passer dessus :)

Missions Principales :
- Faire suer les viandes et les grillades sur le grill selon les recettes et les standards de Courtepaille (no problem, tu seras formé.e)
- Assurer la mise en place et le nettoyage de ton poste de travail comme un pro.
- Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire pour garantir des plats irréprochables (Miam)
- Travailler en équipe avec les autres membres du personnel de cuisine dans une ambiance conviviale.
- Participer à la réception et au stockage des marchandises.
- Assurer un service rapide et de qualité pour satisfaire nos clients… et les faire revenir ^^
Qualifications :
- Formation en cuisine ou expérience équivalente.
- Certificat d'hygiène alimentaire (un plus).

Profile:
Profil Recherché :
- Au moins une première expérience en tant que grillardin ou dans un poste similaire en cuisine.
- Connaissance des techniques de cuisson des viandes et des grillades.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et sous pression sans perdre le sourire.
- Respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
- Dynamique, souriant, et ayant un bon esprit d'équipe.
- Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires décalés, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés.
