Liderar la gestión comercial a través de la negociación y establecimiento de acuerdos con clientes corporativos, con la finalidad de generar resultados financieros para el cumplimiento de los presupuestos.
Dentro de las principales responsabilidades se encuentran:
- Monitorear cuentas con la finalidad de alcanzar las metas para el perímetro. corporativas, entre otros.
- Liderar e inspirar al equipo a cargo generando un clima que fortalezca los conocimientos, estableciendo la visión estratégica del área, a través de la retroalimentación constante, administración de cargas de trabajo y el cumplimiento de las recomendaciones de comunicación con los equipos, con el objetivo de lograr el mejor desempeño de sus colaboradores.
- Definir la estrategia de ventas del área, con base en el análisis del comportamiento del mercado, con la finalidad de generar acciones que permitan el crecimiento comercial de la organización.
- Consolidar y presentar resultados económicos sobre ocupación, avances, seguimiento a estrategias y pasos futuros, realizando análisis en torno a lo presupuestado, con la finalidad de facilitar el monitoreo sobre la gestión y facilitar la toma de decisiones.
- Identificar y generar alianzas comerciales, a fin de establecer acuerdos conjuntos que faciliten el logro de objetivos.
- Coordinar capacitaciones para los equipos comerciales, en conjunto con otras áreas de la organización, con el propósito de proveer las herramientas necesarias para el cumplimiento de funciones y objetivos de las áreas.

- Estudios en Ingenería comercial, administración, hotelería, afines
- Ingles avanzado
- Office avanzado
