Es responsable de toda la operación del Departamento de Servicio a Propietarios, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares establecidos para esta área y asistiendo a éste en tareas de supervisión, planificación, dirección y control de todas las tareas de este departamento.
DESCRIPCION ESPECIFICA:
- Es encargado directo de supervisar las áreas de Agentes de Servicio, Concierge y Reservaciones, cuidando que estas cumplan con procedimientos y estándares establecidos para su funcionamiento.
- Dar seguimiento a programas operativos como Chart de Reservaciones, Lista de Llegadas, Itinerario de Actividades, Programa de Actividades, Reservaciones de servicios, Programas para medición de satisfacción de propietarios, etc.
- Resolver problemas operativos que surgen de la operación y afectan a propietarios o colaboradores de sus áreas.
- Realizar recorridos diarios por sus departamentos con el fin de verificar actividades y detectar posibles problemas o situaciones que deben ser resueltas.
- Supervisa el estado de cada casa antes del check in de los propietarios para verificar que su presentación, estándares y limpieza estén según lo planeado.
- Recibir y/o elaborar, condensar y enviar de acuerdo a instrucciones, información para reportes corporativos sobre las áreas que directamente supervisa.
- Dar seguimiento a los comentarios y quejas de todos los propietarios, y asegurarse de que las soluciones sean cumplidas en los periodos de tiempo y en las condiciones ofrecidas a los propietarios.
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia laboral comprobable como gerente de reservaciones o gerente de recepción
- Conocimientos excelentes de atención al cliente y procedimientos de gestión de oficinas y contabilidad básica
- Dominio del inglés (oral y escrito)
- Excelentes conocimientos de MS Office (especialmente Word y Excel)
- Excelentes capacidades comunicativas
- Grandes habilidades organizativas y para realizar varias tareas a la vez
- Capacidades para solucionar problemas
