• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues in guest rooms and public areas.
•  Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, machinery, and utility systems to ensure proper operation.
•  Carry out minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and finishing work as required.
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of pumps, motors, and other mechanical systems.
• Support senior technicians and engineers in large-scale maintenance projects or installations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workshops and maintenance areas.
• Record maintenance activities and report any major faults or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with resort and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support during emergencies, such as power outages or water system issues.

• Post-secondary graduate in ITI/Diploma
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with multi-trades.
• Past experience of working in the Maldives
