Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations in Novotel Tahliah Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the captain of our organization, you will drive operational excellence, foster a dynamic team culture, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.   • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, optimizing revenue streams, and delivering measurable business results
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, partners, and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships that support business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement
  • Champion a customer-centric culture by establishing systems and practices that consistently exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies in response to changing business conditions
  • Promote sustainability and organizational responsibility while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability

Qualifications

**Skills & Competencies:**

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire enthusiasm and convey expertise across all organizational levels
  • Advanced financial acumen, including budget management, financial analysis, and performance optimization
  • Strategic thinking and business development capabilities with a focus on growth and innovation
  • Proficiency in process improvement and change management methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decision-making
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus

**Experience:**

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive management experience in a similar operational or general management role
  • Proven experience leading and developing diverse teams in a multi-functional environment
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Experience building and leveraging professional networks to support business objectives
  • Track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives and managing organizational change
