Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role involves supervising daily operations, managing arrivals and departures, coaching and motivating staff, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Front Office team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest service.

  • Manage guest check-ins/check-outs, loyalty members, VIPs, and special requests efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, cash/credit handling, key control, and guest confidentiality.

  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Communicate new and updated information effectively, including hotel policies, promotions, and guest preferences.


Qualifications

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera Cloud desirable) and industry best practices.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
