Job Description

JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Budapest! And is looking for its next Front Office Supervisor.
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening team! The Front Office Supervisor will ensure our guests are warmly welcomed, smoothly and quickly, withing our Open House. 🛡️ 

Why you? 

🔥 None of these missions will scare you:   

Mission 1: Welcome and assist each guest with personalised attention, from check-in to check-out. 👋 

Mission 2: Supervise and coach the reception team 📋 to ensure smooth and impeccable service. 

Mission 3: Manage the cash registers, verify accounts, and ensure proper handling of payments. 💰 

Mission 4: Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and responsively. 🎯 

Mission 5: Actively promote the hotel’s services 🛍️: shop, restaurant, events… it all passes through your hands. 

Mission 6: Ensure communication between the team and management 🔄 by reporting all essential information. 

Mission 7: Replace the Front Office Manager in his/her absence. 🤝  

Mission 8: Be the guarantor of a flawless customer experience ✨ at all times of the day.


Qualifications

🚀 Because you’ve got it in you: 

  • An impeccable sense of welcome and customer service. 

  • A natural ability to lead and motivate a team. 

  • Flawless organisation and excellent priority management. 

  • Smooth and effective communication in all circumstances. 

  • A desire to learn and develop. 

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE: 

  • Level of studies: Bachelor / Master / MBA.

  • Field of study: Hospitality or Tourism. 

  • Professional experience: 2 years minimum. 

  • Languages required: fluent in both Hungariand and English
