Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s booking system.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and in person.
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and directions.
Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing accurately.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Follow hotel security procedures and ensure guest confidentiality.
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using hotel software systems (e.g., Opera, PMS, or similar).
Basic math and computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
