Job Description

  • To assist Management in increasing hotel profitability as well as customer satisfaction.

  • To assist guests and ensure their stay is comfortable and an experience to remember.

  • Responsible for the daily organization of the section.Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned (to include but not limited to check-In, check-out, guest billing, etc.)

  • Monitor guest service quality constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.

  • Follow the SO/ brand standard and departmental SOPs.


Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a university or educational institution pursuing a degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, food service, or related field.
  • This internship must fulfill academic requirements mandated by the candidate's school.
  • Front Office Operational focus
  • Proficiency in English/French is required.
