Front Office Night Supervisor

What you will be doing: 

• Provide operational supervision and services as well as security of guests and property during the night
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Responsible for the night financial tracking reports and cash collection
• Act as a point of contact for all guests during their stay and undertake management responsibilities at the hotel
• Respond to clients’ complaints.
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

Your experience and skills include:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field
• Excellent English, both verbal and written
• Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills
• Energetic and passionate to work
• Innovative approach to work
