Als Front Office Manager führst Du das Herzstück unseres Hotels. Du verantwortest den gesamten Front-Office und Back-Office Bereich operativ wie strategisch, stellst höchste Servicequalität gemäss Swissôtel- und Accor-Standards sicher und du entwickelst Dein Team mit Klarheit, Wertschätzung und Vorbildfunktion weiter.
- Gesamtverantwortung für Organisation, Prozesse und reibungslose Abläufe im Front- und Back Office
- Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Front-Office-Teams inkl. Einsatz- und Kostenplanung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Booking, Revenue, Housekeeping, Events, F&B
- Mitwirkung bei Budgetierung, Zieldefinition sowie Überwachung der Abteilungsergebnisse
- Aktive Präsenz im operativen Tagesgeschäft und Einsätze als Manager on Duty
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Markenhotellerie, idealerweise innerhalb der Accor-Gruppe
- Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position (Front Office / Rooms Division)
- Sehr guter Umgang mit Hotel-IT-Systemen, insbesondere Opera Cloud
- Solide Kenntnisse im Front Office Management, Qualitätsmanagement und Revenue Management
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
- Strukturiert, belastbar und effizient – auch in lebhaften Situationen
- Unternehmerisch denkend, verantwortungsvoll, Hands-on und teamorientiert
- Kommunikativ, verbindlich und stilsicher im Auftritt
