What we're looking for?
- We are looking for a go-getter, someone who is very hands-on and will use their strengths to coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Front Office department whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day.
What you will be doing?
- Heavily involved in daily operations and coordination of the Front Office Team.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
- Responds to guest feedback and provide relevant action and follow up.
- Be flexible and willing to work mornings, evenings and overnights (if necessary) across the 7 days to ensure service standards expected are being achieved.
Our Hotel
The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel recently opened on 1 July 2024.
The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, is located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport. Guests can enjoy access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, pool, co-working space and a number of food & beverage venues which form the hub of the mixed-use precinct.
This is a village centre supporting the airport community as a place to gather and socialise for everyone who travels and works from the airport precinct.
