Hotel Giacomo Morra Alba, Handwritten Collection, recentemente ristrutturato e situato nel cuore di Alba (prov di CN, Piemonte), è alla ricerca di un(a) FRONT OFFICE MANAGER, responsabile della gestione delle funzioni di front e back office e della supervisione del personale di reparto.
Il/la candidato/a dovrà essere in possesso di:
- Eccezionali capacità di gestione delle persone, con l’abilità di guidare e motivare un team eterogeneo.
- Offrire un’esperienza di accoglienza eccezionale agli ospiti, dimostrando impegno verso l’eccellenza del servizio e mantenendo gli standard operativi della receptiont
- Eccezionali capacità di servizio al cliente e un atteggiamento sempre positivo.
- Conoscenza della contabilità fiduciaria (separazione dei pagamenti e deposito a garanzia).
- Impegno per offrire ai clienti un servizio eccellente e proattivo.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su più turni, compresi i fine settimana e i giorni festivi
- Capacità di gestire corrispondenza e soggiorni di gruppo
- Laurea in lingue straniere o turismo
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile in strutture alberghiere di 4/5* e appartenenti a catene alberghiere (es Accor)
- Ottime capacità di leadership, organizzazione e gestione del team.
- Esperienza nella gestione di sistemi di prenotazione Opera Cloud.
- Passione e dedizione per l'hospitality.
- Eccezionali capacità di gestione delle persone, con l’abilità di guidare e motivare un team eterogeneo.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione sia scritta che orale in Italiano, inglese e francese o tedesco.
