We welcome a diverse range of guests every day with a mix of both corporate & leisure as well as hosting and taking part in an array of events, including the incredible (and colourful) Mardi Gras. 


Job Description

You will be responsible for checking in and out guests in a smooth and efficient manner, ensuring all guest complaints are managed professionally, ability to understand hotel facilities and their locations as well as understanding Sydney and the locations to visit if a guest asks. We also want YOU to showcase your personality and be the REAL DEAL.


Qualifications

  • A “can do” attitude
  • Strong Verbal & Non-Verbal Communication skills
  • Great telephone etiquette 
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster
  • Basic Opera knowledge
  • Passion and motivation for the Hospitality industry? We can provide all the tools and resources to help you grow.
