En tant que Réceptionniste, vous serez le premier point de contact de nos clients et incarnerez l’image de notre établissement et de la marque Handwritten Collection.
Vos principales missions et responsabilités seront :
- Accueillir les clients à leur arrivée et effectuer les formalités administratives liées à leur séjour.
- Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs fixés par son chef de réception.
- Contribuer à la satisfaction clientèle en assurant une prestation de qualité.
- Effectuer des tâches administratives et comptables.
- Renseigner le client sur les prestations de l'établissement et les modalités de réservation.
- Effectuer et enregistrer les réservations.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients durant leur séjour.
- Etablir les factures liées aux frais de séjour.
- Renseigner les supports de suivi d'activité des différents services transverses.
- Compter son fond de caisse et clôturer sa caisse.
- Prendre en charge les demandes de conciergerie
- Maitrise de l’anglais. Une troisième langue serait un plus.
- Connaissance du logiciel OPERA CLOUD.
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative.
- Compétences informatiques.
- Sens développé de l’accueil et de l’écoute.
- Rigoureux(se) avec une haute attention aux détails.
- Qualité d’anticipation et forte réactivité.
- Sens de l'excellence allié à une vraie simplicité et sincérité.
- Elégance, discrétion et excellent relationnel.
