CLR Hotels, groupe hôtelier français en pleine croissance (Ibis, Novotel, MGallery…), développe et exploite une vingtaine d’établissements en partenariat avec Accor. Acteur reconnu pour son dynamisme et ses projets ambitieux (rénovation du Novotel Thalassa Oléron, ouverture d’un MGallery à Valmorel), CLR Hotels recherche aujourd’hui pour ses 2 ibis 3★ de 70 et 77 chambres avec restaurant, proche Mulhouse, un(e) :
Assistant(e) de Direction / Chef(fe) de Réception en CDI, 39H, expérimenté(e), véritable relais de la direction et garant(e) de la qualité d’accueil et du respect des standards ibis.
🎯 Vos missions clés
En lien direct avec la direction, vous assurez la gestion et l’optimisation des services réception & hébergement :
1. Opérations et qualité Accor:
- Application stricte des standards ibis & ALLSAFE en matière d’accueil, sécurité et hygiène.
- Gestion complète des parcours client : réservation, check-in/out, facturation, suivi de satisfaction.
- Maitrise des procédures jours et Night Audit, de la clôture et du contrôle de caisse.
- Suivi des KPI Accor : RPS, NPS, RevPAR, taux d’occupation.
2. Management d’équipe
- Encadrement, motivation et formation de l’équipe réception.
- Élaboration des plannings, suivi des temps de travail et polyvalence des équipes.
- Veille au respect de la qualité de service ibis : sourire, disponibilité, efficacité.
3. Commercial & Revenue Management
- Utilisation quotidienne de TARS, Resaweb et Fastcom pour la gestion et l’optimisation des canaux de distribution.
- Suivi des groupes et séminaires (devis, allotements, rooming-lists).
- Optimisation du taux d’occupation et du CA chambres en lien avec la direction.
4. Polyvalence restauration
- Supervision du service petit-déjeuner ibis (buffet, standards qualité, hygiène HACCP).
- Appui au restaurant de l’hôtel (coordination équipes, gestion flux clients, aide au service).
- Service au bar (gestion des commandes, du stock, des remontées de cave)

Excellente maîtrise des outils Accor :
- FOLS (front office, facturation, nuit, encaissements),
- TARS/Resaweb (disponibilités & réservations),
- Fastcom (communication & coordination interservices),
- Gestion des allotements et rooming-lists groupes.
- Français et anglais courants (l’allemand ou une 3e langue est un atout).
- Leadership naturel, sens du détail, orientation client et esprit d’équipe.
- Goût marqué pour le service, la restauration dans son ensemble (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner, diner) avec une bonne connaissance des normes HACCP.
- Poste en CDI 39h hebdomadaires.
- Affectation sur 2 établissements (Mulhouse centre et banlieue proche).
- Environnement structuré et exigeant, nécessitant rigueur et professionnalisme.
- Prise de poste à convenir.
