Votre rôle :
Partager vos idées et vos suggestions pour améliorer les menus
Assurer la cohérence dans la préparation des produits pour les menus et/ou les plats à la carte selon les recettes et les standards de l’établissement
Assurer la communication au sein des équipes et le perfectionnement grâce aux avis clients
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
Participer à la mise en place et à la production des plats
Garantir la qualité gustative et visuelle des préparations
Respecter les règles HACCP et les procédures internes
Gérer votre poste de travail (Approvisionnement, rangement, nettoyage)
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et challengeant
Titulaire d'un CAP, BAC PRO ou BTS Cuisine demandé
