Assistant Responsable Restauration (H/F)
Passionné(e) par la relation client et la restauration? En devenant Assistant Responsable Restauration (H/F), vous dirigerez votre équipe pour offrir une expérience Food & Beverage inoubliable à nos clients.

- Participer à la coordination des équipes F&B (restaurant, bar, room service, banquets) pour assurer un service efficace et professionnel.
- Veiller à la bonne mise en place des espaces de restauration selon les normes et standards de l’hôtel.
- Assister dans la gestion des plannings et des ressources humaines du département F&B.
- Participer à la gestion des commandes, au suivi des stocks et à la relation avec les fournisseurs.
- Contrôler le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP).
- Assurer la qualité du service client et traiter les réclamations avec réactivité et diplomatie.
- Collaborer à l’organisation des événements, des banquets et séminaires.
- Participer à la formation et à l’intégration des nouveaux membres de l’équipe.
- Contribuer à la mise en place d’actions commerciales visant à optimiser le chiffre d’affaires.
- S’assurer du suivi du chiffre d’affaires, du contrôle des caisses, des encaissements des groupes et des séminaires.
- Faire un suivi avec l’équipe cuisine suivant les prestations.
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
Qualité de service essentielle et passion pour la restauration
Une expérience similaire dans le management est un plus
Bonne communication interpersonnelle et capacité à gérer les conflits/problématiques, capacité à manager et à être exemplaire
