CLR Hotels, groupe hôtelier français en pleine croissance (Ibis, Novotel, MGallery…) recherche un(e) 1er de Réception expérimenté(e) et opérationnel(le) pour ses deux établissements ibis situés à Mulhouse (70 et 77 chambres).
Poste idéal pour un profil souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement multi-site, alliant management de proximité, excellence opérationnelle et esprit d’équipe.
Rattaché(e) directement à l'adjoint(e) de direction, vous êtes son bras droit sur le terrain et assurez la coordination quotidienne du service réception sur les deux hôtels.
Vous garantissez la qualité de l’accueil client, la fluidité des opérations front-office et l’application des standards Accor / ibis, tout en contribuant activement à la formation et à la motivation de l’équipe réception.
Vos principales missions :
Supervision du service réception :
Encadrer les réceptionnistes, organiser les plannings, contrôler la qualité de l’accueil et la conformité des procédures.Opérations front-office :
Participer activement aux check-in / check-out, suivi des réservations, facturation, clôture de caisse, traitement des réclamations.Coordination inter-services :
Assurer une communication fluide entre la réception, les étages, la maintenance et la restauration.Gestion des arrivées groupes et VIP :
Anticiper les besoins, préparer les rooming-lists, personnaliser l’accueil, superviser les arrivées/départs.Reporting & suivi administratif :
Réaliser les rapports journaliers, assurer la transmission des informations à la direction.Formation & intégration :
Accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs, transmettre les bonnes pratiques Accor, contribuer à la montée en compétences de l’équipe.Participation à l’activité opérationnelle :
Soutenir le service en période de forte affluence, être exemplaire sur la qualité de service et la polyvalence (petit-déjeuner, back-office).Contrôle qualité & satisfaction client :
Suivre les indicateurs (TrustYou), analyser les retours clients, proposer des actions correctives.Respect des standards Accor / ALLSAFE / hygiène et sécurité :
Garantir leur application quotidienne sur les deux sites.
Expérience : 3 à 5 ans minimum en réception hôtelière, dont une première expérience confirmée en tant que 1er de réception ou assistant chef de réception.
Compétences techniques : maîtrise du PMS FOLS indispensable ; connaissance de ResaWeb / TARS appréciée.
Langues : français courant + anglais professionnel exigé ; l’allemand est un atout majeur sur la zone transfrontalière de Mulhouse.
Savoir-être : leadership naturel, autonomie, sens du service client, rigueur, communication fluide, capacité à gérer les priorités.
Disponibilités : horaires variables (matin / soir / week-end / jours fériés).
Mobilité : déplacements réguliers entre les deux hôtels selon planning - permis B et véhicule personnel recommandés.
Formation : Bac +2 minimum (BTS Hôtellerie, Licence Pro Tourisme-Hôtellerie) ou expérience équivalente ; formation continue assurée par le groupe.
- Poste en CDI 35h hebdomadaires.
- Affectation sur 2 établissements (Mulhouse centre et banlieue proche).
- Environnement structuré et exigeant, nécessitant rigueur et professionnalisme.
