Support and ensure an efficient Financial and Commercial controlling strategy for Astore in Europe & North Africa (ENA) to better support management in assessing and piloting strategic decisions
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Support Finance Proc Controller in the budgeting process ensuring alignment between Commercial Analytics team and finance report.
- Prepare and update reporting template on a monthly cadence following group structure and organization
- Analyze financial performance against the budget (Revenue & Cost), identify variances, and explain significant deviations.
Commercial Planning, Reporting and Analysis
- Support Commercial Analytics team in producing analysis and report for procurement activities within the ENA PME region (both supplier and hotel perspective).
- Support Commercial Analytics team to ensure smooth fee collection and distribution process
Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc Analysis:
- Work closely with Procurement Controlling Director to enhance efficiency, avoid silos and effectiveness of controlling activities
- Support the Data Champions in improvement of on the shelve reporting by collecting business need.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Finance / Business Controlling or Audit
Intellectual curiosity, critical and analytical thinking that allow you to quickly understand the issues at stake related to your position
Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of service, and proactivity to build a trusting relationship with your stakeholders
