Job Description

We are now taking on an additional Full time team member in our Food and Beverage Department which includes the bar, restaurant (breakfast and dinner), room service and meeting and events.

Job Description

  • Set up the restaurant, bar and meeting rooms and areas as required by the hotel, and helps clean and tidy areas and equipment used during his/her work shift,
  • Set up catering at break times for seminars, in meeting rooms, for banquets, at breakfast, in the bar and prepares trays for room service as required by the hotel
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • To assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong team player and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Essential to be flexible with working hours.
  • Must already have the right to work in the UK.
