If you have previous experience, that’s great.  We will ensure your success in the role by providing the required training for you to do a great job.   

Our hotel offers 141 rooms, conference, restaurant with bar, gym sauna and steam room..

Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.

We are now taking on an additional Full-time team member in our Food and Beverage Department which includes the bar, the kitchen and the restaurant (breakfast and dinner)

Job Description

• set up outlets as required by the hotel, and helps clean and tidy areas and equipment used during work shift,
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• To assist the manager and supervisor in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
• Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Strong team player and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Essential to be flexible with working hours.
• Must already have the right to work in the UK.
