As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will lead your shift to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests, and support our Food and Beverage attendants to be their best.

We are looking for two Part Time Food & Beverage Team Leaders with an ambition for long term growth, with our tight knit team. We have opportunities across Bar Operations and Conference & Events.

What you will be doing:

• Providing exceptional service to guests and patrons
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Supervise and delegate duties to ensure smooth daily operations in our outlets 
• Ensure hotel and brand standards are maintained
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience in leading a small team is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills and the ability to lead by example
• Strong experience with espresso coffee making and bar tending/cocktail experience
• Previous Events experience is favourable
• Valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Availability to work across a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
